This book shares my experience with dysthymia, a long-lasting, mild form of depression often overlooked to raise awareness, encourage readers to focus on mental health. By incorporating two bears in my book balances the story’s with warmth and comfort while illustrating my pain & growth. Although the book addresses dysthymia, its plushie bear style invites interaction, offering warmth, encouraging self-love and also healing.
